Malwara Fest 2023 - Sports Fest
In December 2023, I had the privilege of leading the Malwara Fest 2023, a large-scale sports and cultural festival that brought together teams from Malwara and neighboring villages. Designed as a local “Olympics,” the fest featured four teams competing across multiple sports and games, driven by a house-point system that kept the energy high throughout. Alongside the competitions, a thrilling treasure hunt added strategy and excitement, while the finale showcased an awards ceremony followed by a vibrant Bollywood Night that united the entire community. From grassroots planning to full-scale execution, my team, in collaboration with Luvkush, successfully managed every detail, delivering an unforgettable experience for hundreds of participants and spectators.
