At Ratandeep Event, we value our clients and aim to provide transparent policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations by Client
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or letter.
- Advance booking amounts are non-refundable.
- If cancellation is made 30 days before the event, partial refunds (up to 50%) may be considered at our discretion.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Cancellations by Ratandeep Event
- In rare cases where Ratandeep Event has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
- We are not responsible for additional client expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.).
3. Event Postponement
- Clients may request rescheduling of events.
- Rescheduling will depend on availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days through the original payment method.
5. Force Majeure
Ratandeep Event is not liable for cancellations or service delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.).
